Leo is a Chinese Canadian, born in China, educated in Europe and qualified to practice law in Canada.
Leo has been involved in many merger and acquisition projects in mining, natural resources and large scale real estate developments. Leo can navigate through both Asian and Western cultures fluently and can introduce you to the right partners in the Asia-Pacific economic region.
