Rebecca has a practice that focuses primarily on general commercial, gaming, real estate, and technology matters.
Rebecca has assisted clients with a broad range of matters including company formation, company dissolution, due diligence, minute book rectification, real estate transactions, mortgage transactions, and general employment matters. She also has extensive experience with online gambling matters including license registration in both the United States and Canada, as well as preparing legal opinions on online gambling, charitable gambling, and cryptocurrency.
Prior to joining Segev LLP as a lawyer in 2022, Rebecca completed her articles with the firm. Rebecca received her J.D. from Bond University in 2019 and also has a B.A. in Industrial Relations from McGill University and a Masters in Hospitality Revenue Management and Marketing from Cornell University. Rebecca was called to the NSW (Australia) Bar in May 2020 and BC Bar in July 2022.
