Segev LLP Welcomes Seasoned Corporate Finance and Real Estate Attorney Kobi Dorenbush
VANCOUVER, B.C. – October 10, 2023 – Segev LLP is delighted to welcome accomplished transactional attorney, Kobi Dorenbush, to the firm and its growing Toronto office located at 151 Yonge Street. Kobi brings more than two decades of global-facing experience in financial services, investment funds, corporate finance and M&A, and real estate law.
Kobi’s illustrious career spans senior roles with international banks, trust companies, and consulting firms focusing on the financial services industry. He has also been instrumental at various start-ups within the real estate lending and fintech sectors – most notably, as the founder of MortgageMarket, disrupting the Canadian private mortgage industry by establishing a marketplace for investors to access private mortgages. Additionally, Kobi previously served as an Executive Vice President at Coinberry Financial, a leading Canadian crypto exchange.
